Realistic, Achievable, Desirable (RAD) goals are, in my opinion, best formulated back to front – now that is radical! These kind of goals imbue the entire process of goal setting and goal getting with a sense of dynamism, making it easy to keep each goal in focus, maintain momentum, progression and achievement.
